- 1 can corn, drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- juice from half a lime
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Drain and rinse the can of corn and black beans. Pour into a bowl. Throw in the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy with chips or could be a salad=).
